Cornflower is also known as Bachelor’s Button. Flowers are a medium pink, and plants grow to 36 inches tall. Suitable for cutting, beds and borders, flower mixtures, and the pollinator garden. Flowers attract honey bees and wild bees. Flower petals are edible and can be sprinkled on salads, cottage cheese, and desserts.
