Cornflower is also known as Bachelor’s Button. Flowers are a deep, rosy red, and plants grow to 36 inches tall. Suitable for cutting, beds and borders, flower mixtures, and the pollinator garden.  Attracts honey bees and wild bees. Flower petals are edible and can be sprinkled on salads, cottage cheese, and desserts.
