Happy New Year from your Friends at Applewood Seed!

We are pleased to present the new 2021 Applewood Seed Co. Seed Catalog. We have added four new items for 2021. You will find a brief summary of these items in the “New Products for 2021” on the third page of the catalog.

New wildflower varieties include American Basketflower, False Aster, Sweet Joe Pyeweed, and Wingstem. You will find the most complete descriptions and images of all these new items on our website which you see by clicking here.

2020 created strong sales for most ornamental and conservation species. We have increased our production on most items to meet this unprecedented demand. However, variable weather conditions along with higher-than-normal demand for species related to pollinator conservation will make 2021 a challenging year to keep adequate amounts of some species and cultivars available for prompt sales throughout the spring. Our sales staff can advise you of the specific availability for prompt or future shipment of any species or cultivars that you may need.

Looking ahead into 2021, we are making significant investments in our warehouse space, mixing capacity, and process improvements to provide increased customer service and faster turnaround times for your orders. These improvements will roll out throughout the 2021 calendar year.
