Winged Everlasting has small white flowers with papery petals that can be used for fresh or dried bouquets. It gets its name from the winged ribs on the stems. To dry flowers, cut stems when flower buds are about half way open. Tie stems together and hang upside down in a dark room with good air flow. Flowers will be dry and ready for winter bouquets in 3-5 weeks.
