This perennial is native to most of the U.S. and Canada. Plants grow to 18 inches tall and have grass-like leaves and graceful, pink flower umbels that “nod” to one side. It adds interest to rock gardens, beds and borders, but old flowers should be removed before going to seed. It is also a good addition to wildflower mixtures and pollinator plantings.
