Blue-Eyed Grass is closely related to the common, garden Iris. It gets its name from the long, narrow leaves that resemble grass blades. This perennial is native to California and Oregon, and grows up to 14 inches tall. It has pretty blue flowers that have six petals, and they appear in late spring and early summer. It is ideal for the rock garden or naturalized garden.
